Our food processing plant has repeatedly met and exceeded qualifications for City, County, State, and Federal licenses. Permits were granted by the State of California Department of Public Health (CDPH) and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to operate as a cannery facility in California.
We also have certification through California Certified Organic Farmers (CCOF), a certifying body that audits our facility and verifies we meet the National Organic Standards established by the USDA National Organic Program (NOP). Our facility passed industry leading standards Audits such as HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
